My kids always say that the Nativity Story is always the most important part of Christmas!!! We put on a play Christmas Eve each year to remind everyone of the "True meaning of Christmas" The kids always look so cute in their costumes!!! This is another favorite thing I enjoy about Christmas! We have had this tradition since I was a little girl and It brings back good memories of Christmas in the past!!!

Santa's Visit to Ferrell's

Santa came to visit the kids while we were decorating Ferrell's for Christmas!! The kids all got a chance to sit on Santa's lap and tell him what they wanted for Christmas. We sang Jingle Bells and he passed out Candy Canes!! Even I got to sit on Santa's Lap and tell him what I wanted!! Yes, I am still a kid at heart!!! I love Christmas!!! I love to watch the kids excitement and the look in their eyes when Santa comes to visit us each year!!!

Christmas Morning 2008

Christmas morning was so much fun this year!!!! Santa left his big red bag PACKED FULL of presents for the kids!!! (and then some that were too big to fit!!)They got soooooo Spoiled this year!!! Dana and I had so much fun watching them open the presents. My basement was such a mess!! We could not even see the carpet!! I am so thankful for everything and thankful for Dana and my kids!! This was by far the Best Christmas we have ever had!! I am so thankful for the birth of Jesus Christ so that we can remember his birth and the example he is to us! Not only his birth, but throughout his life. His love and kindness towards others even those who mocked him!!( I think I just started bearing my testimony to you:) I love to share these special times together as a Family and reflect on the important things and the example that Jesus was to us!!!

Kolby almost fell in the fountain!! Thank goodness Kaylee caught him!! She said "Mom I will just put my arm around him just in case he tries that again!" The kids had so much fun running around!! This is what I live for each day!! Christmas would not be Christmas without these four little people!!
